We took our beloved T5 into Fisher performance Droitwich for a full ( gold) service and a cambelt / water pump change a week ago.
I spoke to Steve on 1st contact when I asked for a quote ( which was almost 5pm ) and he assured me they would call me back 1st thing the next day with prices etc.
They did exactly that – the prices were fair and we happily booked our T5 in for the following week.When we dropped him off, Steve even asked if we wanted him kept inside overnight- he recognised it was our pride & joy, even though ours is worth maybe a 1/4 of other cars parked alongside him but that meant a lot.
The work was done exactly as promised,he was ready when they said he would be, at the price quoted.A tiny issue afterwards was dealt with BRILLIANTLY – they even came out to our home to rectify it – on a day when they were very very busy themselves,and we REALLY appreciated that.
Our T5 is running better than he ever did coming out of a main dealer every year.
From the 1st point of contact, to him arriving safely back on our drive – Everyone & Everything was completely professional and the staff are an absolute credit to the company.
We won’t be taking our vehicles anywhere else.

I purchased a car from Fisher Performance. From the first contact they were excellent. Jack dealt with my initial enquiry and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and honestly. Jack also took the time to provide videos of the vehicle. When I viewed the car at the dealership Dan showed me the car and again took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The car was exactly as described and in excellent condition. The car was the best one I had viewed out of all the cars I had looked at while searching and I couldn’t fault it. On collection of the vehicle Dan collected me from the railway station aswell. Fisher Performance were a pleasure to deal with, all staff were very friendly and knowledgable on the vehicles they hold in stock. I would definately recommend Fisher Performance if you are looking for a vehicle.

I recently bought a Jaguar XF from Fisher Performance and wanted to share my experience. The car itself was well priced, presented nicely and certainly appears to have been sourced from someone who looked after it. Dan was great from start to finish and secured a fair price for my part exchange. The handover on the day was swift and painless. I decided to take some of the balance from my part exchange back as cash – this was paid within hours of leaving the premises. A professional and friendly service all round. On a side note, I would certainly recommend viewing the video on their Insta page on exactly where to go when you get onto the Estate!
