Whilst I was visiting my parents recently, my car developed a charging issue. By chance I found Fisher Performance Cars, who are a Jaguar specialist in Droitwich.
I sent an email to explain the issue, and immediately got a reply and arranged to drop the car next day, on the understanding it would be looked at between jobs as they were busy.
I was met by a very professional and knowledgeable Service Manager, who arranged coffee whilst booking in my car, and explained the work they planned to do.
I received a call later that day to give a progress report, and calls the following day to confirm diagnostics and what parts were needed.
The car was fixed next day and was returned washed and hoovered.
I cannot fault the service received, the knowledge and care shown by the team is a credit to the business. I highly recommend using this business.

After years of being stuck with sloppy dealer servicing whilst my car was under warranty I finally have the freedom to choose a garage I actually want to use. From the first contact my call was answered instantly and the price and options were clear and simple. All the way through to collecting my car the service at Fisher is 5 star. Absolute stunning customer service after buying a dog of a Land Rover Discovery 4 from another seller the service department serviced and corrected all faults at a very reasonable cost (NB all genuine parts sourced) I received progress reports and options on parts as required so A+ for communication.

Fisher performance were excellent all around. I had a coolant leak on my car but wasn’t sure from where. They ran a diagnostic and called me as soon as they found the problem. Fantastic service as they ordered the part straight after I confirmed I wanted the work doing and the work was completed the next morning soon as the part arrived. Would definitely recommend and use Fisher performance again in the future due to the fast and excellent service.

I found it very reassuring that when Garry looked at my car to diagnose the symptoms, he was happy for me to watch and ask questions. The advice he gave to me on the way forward was both informative and very sound for this issue.

Many thanks indeed to you and your highly competent team for getting my service and sump gasket replacement done so efficiently and promptly, and also for your kind concession as regards the overall cost. I must say it is a huge relief to get the sump gasket done since it was very clear that each year the leak was becoming progressively worse and it would have been a disaster indeed had it burst while on the road with the consequential possibility of serious engine damage.
I am particularly grateful also for the photos you have sent indicating the extent and nature of the work involved since it helps enormously to obtain a realistic appreciation of the internal workings and it is very clear that you have done an excellent job in cleaning the subframe and underside of the engine. Generally I think most customers would appreciate highly this kind of detailed attention and care, supplemented by your very helpful progress reports as the work proceeds.
