I must say it is a huge relief to get the sump gasket done since it was very clear that each year the leak was becoming progressively worse and it would have been a disaster indeed had it burst while on the road with the consequential possibility of serious engine damage.

I am particularly grateful also for the photos you have sent indicating the extent and nature of the work involved since  it helps enormously to obtain a realistic appreciation  of the internal workings and it is very clear that you have done an excellent job in cleaning the subframe and underside of the engine. Generally I think most customers would appreciate highly this kind of detailed attention and care, supplemented by your very helpful progress reports as the work proceeds.

The car is fine, not a hint of a misfire.

I found it very reassuring that when Garry looked at my car to diagnose the symptoms, he was happy for me to watch and ask questions. The advice he gave to me on the way forward was both informative and very sound for this issue.

It was nice to catch up with you at the Chateau Impney day! What a great day out — especially with the VIP treatment! You really looked after us so well and we all appreciated your kindness that day.
