We understand our legal duty to retain accurate data and only retain personal data for as long as we need it for our legitimate business interests. Many of our services are cyclical so we keep your data as long as is required to fulfil our ongoing services. We aim to conduct a data review every 2 years. How we protect your data
Fisher Performance Limited uses Dragon 2000 Data Management System (DMS). Dragon 2000 is a leading secure DMS specifically tailored for Car Dealerships and Auto Garages.
When personal data is entered into our Dragon 2000 software, with regard to the processing of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation, we are the Controller of that data and Dragon2000 is the Processor.
Data processed using Dragon 2000 is stored in their cloud platform provider Rackspace’s data centres located in the UK, which all hold the certification ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management, which is a recognised international standard in security. We have a contract in place with them which contains the same data protection obligations that we have with you under GDPR, and they have their own responsibilities as a data processor on our behalf.
The data stored is secure and not shared with any third parties as a result of us using this software.
